  4. To provide scientific, technical, managerial and consultative services in the field of science policy.

  5. To establish the grounds of cooperation and research exchanges between specialists and research centers at home and abroad.

  6. To publish the results of its researchers' studies in the form of scientific journals, books, electronic devices, and so on.
